At Ironwater Tackle Co., every product is handmade with care and thoroughly inspected before it leaves our hands.

All Sales Are Final Because of the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been used or are not in their original condition.

Damaged or Defective Items We stand behind our craftsmanship. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to arrange a replacement.

Handmade Variations Please note that slight variations in color, texture, and finish are natural characteristics of handmade goods and are not considered defects.
